Fire Prevention

We provide comprehensive fire prevention services including fire and life safety inspections, ITM of protection systems, construction plan reviews, and NFPA-compliant code guidance to reduce risk and ensure operational readiness.

Delbert L. Bell Chief Executive Officer

Delbert L. Bell is The Chief Executive Officer with Tanauan Global LLC. Delbert has been in public safety for over 28 years in Florida and The Department of Defense.

Delbert was the President of his Local for the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) helping secure better contracts for the member. As the Director of Business Operation for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) in his region, he helped in raising money to fund neuromuscular disease research. He has spent a number of years volunteering his time to raise awareness and money for MDA and Children’s Burn Camp. Delbert is a member of the Florida Fire Marshal Inspector Association (FFMIA), Florida Fire Sprinkler Association (FFSA) and the Florida Advisory Commission on Arson Prevention (FACAP).

Chad O. Hancock Chief Operating Officer

Chad O. Hancock is the Chief Operating Officer with Tanauan Global LLC. Chad has been in public safety for over 22 years in Indiana, The Department of State and The Department of Defense.

Chad has spent three years at McMurdo Station, Antarctica working within the United States Antarctica Program (USAP). He has extensive aviation aircraft firefighting experience that includes working at the Indianapolis International Airport as well as, airfields in Antarctica and Saudi Arabia. Chad worked as a training advisor and firefighter/paramedic in Saudi Arabia, including training Saudi Arabian National Guard members on firefighting, driver operator skills, live fire evolutions, and on-the-job training. Chad also conducted fire and life safety/LOTD inspections during testing and maintenance of protection systems.

Lance E. Moffa Director of Program Management

Lance E. Moffa is a Service Disabled Veteran and The Director of Project Management with Tanauan Global LLC. Lance has been in public safety for over 30 years in The United States Coast Guard and the state of Mississippi.

While serving in the US Coast Guard Lance has had the honor of providing Public Safety in the fire service and in Law Enforcement Detachment.

Lance has extensive experience in the military and federal government working as a SME as a hazardous materials technician and advanced containment recovery, emergency response, community plan development, fire prevention, and exercise design and evaluation.

Avery J. Dailey Director of Business Operations

Avery J. Dailey is the Director of Business Operations with Tanauan Global LLC. Avery has been in public safety for over 15 years in South Carolina, The Department of State and The Department of Defense.

Avery deployed to Saudi Arabia in 2017 working on his first Department of Defense as a Contracts. He worked on the OPM SANG contract with the US Army, Saudi Arabian National Guard and US Navy. Avery began working as a training advisor and Firefighter-EMT where he trained Saudi Arabian National Guard personnel on firefighting I, aircraft firefighting, emergency vehicle operations, fire department operations, First aid and CPR/AED. Avery also started conducting fire and life safety /LOTD inspections on aircraft hangers, dining facilities, medical facilities and high rises.
